The Happy Human Being

Biweekly Workshops

A place to do the work together.

A small group, a shared practice, and ninety minutes every two weeks to get clearer about what has actually been running your life.

You can feel that something needs to shift. Maybe it is a relationship pattern that keeps showing up. A ceiling you hit every time you get close to a breakthrough. A heaviness that sticks around no matter what you accomplish.

You have tried pushing through. Thinking your way out of it. Being more grateful, more positive, more disciplined. And still, here you are.

The real work is not about doing more. It is about meeting what has been quietly running the show. The old beliefs you picked up somewhere. The fears you have been carrying so long they feel normal. The reactions that fire off before you can catch them. When you can see those clearly, they begin to lose their grip. And what you have been wanting finally has room to show up.

What actually shifts.

What Happens Here

Each session is teaching, reflection, and real-time practice. Over time, four things start to change.

You see what has been running the show

The patterns you have been living on autopilot the people-pleasing, the overthinking, the self-protection start to become visible. And once you can see them clearly, they stop running you. You catch yourself mid-reaction and realize you have a choice you did not know.

That voice that tells you you are not ready, not enough, not deserving, gets quieter. Not because you are fighting it. Because you have learned to see it for what it is. An old protection that has long outlived its usefulness. You stop believing everything it says anymore now.

The inner critic loses its grip
You stop carrying so much

The weight you have been dragging around the resentments, the worries, the expectations of everyone else starts to lift. You feel lighter in your body. Clearer in your mind. You stop bracing for the next thing to go wrong again unexpectedly.

Decisions come faster. Relationships get easier. Opportunities appear that feel aligned instead of forced. Not because you have figured out how to control everything. Because you have stopped unconsciously pushing away the very things you have been wanting.

Life starts working with you
How It Works

Show up as you are.

That is enough.

We meet every two weeks in a relaxed, intimate space. Each session blends teaching, reflection, conversation, and hands-on practice you can use right away. You leave clearer, lighter, and with something real to carry into the rest of your week.

Everyone is welcome. No experience necessary. You do not have to know what is wrong, or what to bring, or how to talk about any of it. You just have to show up.
