A small group, a shared practice, and ninety minutes every two weeks to get clearer about what’s actually been driving your life.

You can feel that something needs to shift. Maybe it’s a relationship pattern that keeps showing up. A ceiling you hit every time you get close to a breakthrough. A heaviness that sticks around no matter what you accomplish.
 
You’ve tried pushing through. Thinking your way out of it. Being more grateful, more positive, more disciplined. And still, here you are.
 
The real work isn’t about doing more. It’s about meeting what’s quietly been making your decisions for you — the old beliefs you picked up somewhere, the fears you’ve carried so long they feel normal, the reactions that fire before you can catch them. When you can see those clearly, they start to lose their grip. And what you’ve been wanting finally has room to show up.

What Happens Here

Each session is teaching, reflection, and real-time practice. Over time, four things start to change.

You see what's been driving your choices.

The patterns you’ve been living on autopilot — the people-pleasing, the overthinking, the self-protection — start to become visible. And once you can see them, they stop running you. You catch yourself mid-reaction and realize you have a choice you didn’t know was there.

That voice telling you you’re not ready, not enough, not deserving, gets quieter. Not because you’re fighting it, but because you’ve learned to see it for what it is — an old protection that’s long outlived its job. You stop believing everything it tells you.

We meet every two weeks in a relaxed, intimate space. Each session blends teaching, reflection, conversation, and hands-on practice you can use right away. You leave clearer, lighter, and with something real to carry into the rest of your week.
 
Everyone is welcome. No experience necessary, you just have to show up.
